I loved how easy it was to stroll just a few steps to The Hive for a coffee and enjoy a lovely walk around the picturesque Stow Town Coffee, which is right outside, while being in the heart of Stow gave me quick access to various landmarks, making my weekend adventure truly delightful.

the location is amazin, right in the center of stow-on-the-wold. the classic king room was very unique with upcycled vintage furniture. we loved the little touches like robes and slippers, tea, coffee, and even a complimentary bottle of sherry. the bed was super comfy and we had a pleasant stay. definitely perfect for a couple getaway!

the shower was a bit of a let down, it trickled out water. also, the noise from the outside was annoying, cars kept us up at night.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with an impressive hairdryer that surpassed my expectations at home and the added bonus of oat milk sachets on the tea tray.

Nothing, all was good.

During my stay in a Classic King Room, I loved being just a few steps from the charming St Edward's Church and a short walk to Mr Twitchetts Coffee House and Bar where I enjoyed some delightful local brews. the atmosphere of the hotel was so inviting, making my solo explorations feel truly special.

Had a cozy stay in a traditional room with a huge bed. The dressing gowns and shared fridge were thoughtful touches. Just be aware of the noisy main road!

Great stay with some quirks!

We stayed in a cozy room with a nice bathtub. The location is super convenient for exploring the area, and the little touches like bathrobes and free sherry were fab. Just a heads up, the traffic noise is pretty loud, so if you're a light sleeper, it might bug you. a solid choice for a short getaway!

The room was quite spacious, which provided an enjoyable atmosphere. The slipper bath added a nice touch to our experience, making relaxation easy after a long day.

The temperature in the room was uncomfortably hot at times.

Had a great time with friends! The self-check-in was super easy, and we loved the cozy twin room. We enjoyed outings at Naunton Downs Golf Club and Chipping Norton Golf Club—both worth visiting! Just a heads up, the bathroom was across the landing, which we got used to quickly.

One downside was parking on New Year's Eve. we had to park a few minutes away, but it wasn't a big deal for us.

Ah, the biscuits were a delightful surprise, and the food scene is a feast for the senses with The Porch House serving up mouthwatering dishes just a hop away. Our room was immaculate, with a cute decor that made our stay comfy. Plus, how nice to have a cheeky glass of sherry waiting for us—such a sweet touch!

Now, let’s talk about the bathroom situation. The door-less bathroom felt odd, and we battled a noisy fan that blared for ages—hardly relaxing! Plus, the codes to get in were a right hassle, with our tired brains getting muddled. A bit more straightforward access would have made things shine brighter.

Access to external bathrooms can feel awkward, especially during nighttime trips across the landing, and the whole setup lacks privacy. Noise from the main road disrupts sleep, and the shower trickled water disappointingly—a letdown when you just want to unwind. Also spotted some poorly maintained elements like stained towels and exposed cables that could’ve used a fix-up.

We just had a lovely 2-night stay. the wooden shutters and clawfoot tub were gorgeous! Plus, the complimentary sherry was a sweet touch after a day of exploring.
